The Nova is a private, invite-only community. By requesting to join, attending a gathering, or otherwise engaging with The Nova, you agree to the terms below.
Membership to The Nova is by personal introduction and invitation only, at the sole discretion of the founder. Membership does not guarantee attendance at any specific event and may be reviewed, paused, or withdrawn if a member's conduct is inconsistent with the spirit of the community.
The Nova exists to create a warm, trusted space for genuine connection. Members are expected to treat one another with respect and discretion. Conversations, introductions, and details shared within the community are considered private and should not be shared externally without consent.
Photographs and video may be taken at Nova gatherings for use across our website, social channels, and marketing materials. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before or during the gathering.
We collect limited personal information — such as your name, contact details, and how you were introduced to The Nova — for the purposes of managing membership, communicating about events, and maintaining the quality and trust of the community.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with trusted partners strictly where necessary to run an event (for example, a venue requiring a guest list).
The Nova works selectively with brands and organisations that share our values. Partnership terms, deliverables, and any exchange of value are agreed individually and in writing before a collaboration begins.
